Antonis was born and raised on Corfu Island Corfu. He was passionate about food and cooking and dedicated his career to mastering the art of cooking. Apart from being a talented chef with years of experience, he owned some of the best restaurants in Corfu during his career. With a deep understanding of the local cuisine and access to the freshest, highest-quality ingredients, he creates culinary experiences that are both authentic and innovative. From traditional Greek dishes to contemporary international cuisine, each plate is a work of art that celebrates the flavors and culture of Corfu. Vasiliki is a talented chef born and raised in Corfu. From an early age, Vasiliki was passionate about cooking and pursued her love of culinary arts by taking cooking lessons. After gaining experience as a chef in some of the best local restaurants on the island, Vasiliki went on to open her restaurant. Her dedication to using only the freshest and highest-quality ingredients has earned her a reputation as a master of Mediterranean cuisine. With a deep understanding of the local food culture, Vasiliki creates dishes that reflect Corfu’s unique flavors and traditions. She is committed to providing an unforgettable dining experience for her guests and looks forward to sharing her passion for food with you.
MILTOS
Miltos is the youngest member of the Luxury Chefs team. He studied culinary arts at Le Monde, a top private college in Greece. Miltos has worked as a chef in Manchester, United Kingdom, in various restaurants. However, his love of Corfu leads him back to his birthplace, where he gains remarkable working experience. As a Greek chef working on Corfu Island, Miltos feels privileged to showcase Greece’s rich culinary traditions to a diverse group of international clients. Every dish he creates tells a story of the region’s culture and history, and he takes great pride in presenting these stories on his guests’ plates.
